Yala Peak Climbing

Yala Peak Climbing

Yala Peak is at the altitude of 5,500 m. Cyangin Gompa is the base camp for Yala peak climbing, which is a part of Mt. Langtang. This is relatively easier, yet fantastic climbing for the beginners. Through green pastures and Tamang – inhabited region, we drive to Dhunche, Rasuwa district from Kathmandu.

Or, we can drive to Syabrubesin. From there, a three-days’ trekking takes you to the amazing Yala Peak. Last 400m of the climbing is cover with snow where you need ice-axe and rope. But don’t worry, without any experience you can climb the peak and watch Shishapanga mountain (8,046 m). After the climb we return to Dhunche and then Kathmandu.
