Wild Yeti Treks and Expeditions- Nepal
Pisang Peak Climbing
Wild Yeti organizes the Pisang Peak Climbing which is considered to be one of the technical climbing peaks of Nepal. Relatively new destination, Pisang Peak (6,091m) has gained considerable popularity very soon after the Germans expedition has first ascended the Pisang Peak in 1955.
It lies near the Buddhist village Manang, standing between Annapurna I and Manaslu both eight thousand’s. The route through the upper Pisang Valley leads to sparse woods and pastures to Kharka(4380m) which is the site for base camp. Instead of huge rock slabs, it’s curved ridge Pisang Peak offers the beautiful view of Annapurna eventually making the Peak climbing interesting and lots of opportunity to explore.
