Jungle safari in Royal Chitwan National Park

Nepal is probably one of the best destinations in Asia for jungle safari. Among 14 National park and wild life reserves in Nepal "Royal Chitwan National Park” offers one of the exciting and adventures safari activities. Although the country is diverse within its geographical features. It located From 8848 meters to below and avove 60 meters then sea level.Royal chitwan National Park lies 150 meter above sea level, at Terai(Plain (low-land).The park was established in 1973 A.D. Occupies 932 sq. Km and 70% of the land cover Sal forest.
The unique feature of this National Park offer once in a life time opportunity to any domestic and foreign visitors to view the great One horned Rhino, endangered Royan Bengal Tiger, Crocodile’s, wild bore, deer, sloth beer, bison, jackel,Raptiles including gharials,crocodiales among its 50 species and birds including lesser Florida, hombill, great barbet, blue magpie, long tail nightjar bluthroat(thrush),Tick ell's red breasted fly catchers e.t.c .( over 525 species of birds) home to the 932 sq. Km of its National Park and buffer zone area.
Activities like Elephant back Safari inside the jungle, Jungle walk, walk to the old and unique tharu village, visit to the elephant breeding centers, canoe ride with sunrise and bird watching opportunities, Bath with the elephant, sunset tour, cultural programs on the park, (Tharu stick dance) are featured activity one can Experience in this National Park.
One can drive by private car/tourist bus from Kathmandu or fly to Bharatpur airport 25 minutes flight and transfer to the park. On other hand transfer from sunauli or Raksaul Indian boarders, The park is visited whole the year and wild yeti has been offering 1 night 2 days - 2 night 3 days - 3 night 4 days activities weather it is inside the park or in its buffer zone area.
